How Wedding Hotel Room Blocks Work
Planning a wedding is busy enough. A wedding hotel room block gives your guests a convenient place to stay while keeping everyone close to the celebration. Here’s how it works.
- Choose Your Dates & Room Count Share your wedding dates and estimated guest count with our team. We’ll recommend a room block that fits your celebration.
- Reserve Your Room Block Once your block is confirmed, we’ll hold a set number of rooms for your guests through an agreed-upon booking deadline. You don’t need your final guest count right away.
- Share the Booking Link We’ll provide a simple booking link for your guests to reserve their rooms directly with the hotel. Add it to your wedding website, invitations, or email communications.
- Adjust as Plans Change Guest lists evolve, and your room block can too. We’ll monitor reservations with you and make adjustments to the block when possible, based on availability and your agreement.

A Wedding Experience Guests Will Love
Make the whole weekend part of the celebration. The best wedding memories don’t always happen on the dance floor. They’re found over morning coffee, in late-night conversations, and around the table at a relaxed brunch the next day. At The Schofield Hotel, boutique design and inviting social spaces give your guests a comfortable place to gather, unwind, and keep the celebration going.
Start the morning slowly with coffee and conversation. Come together for a nightcap after the reception. Wake up the next day and relive the best moments over brunch. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a distinctly boutique feel, The Schofield makes every part of the wedding weekend feel special—not just the ceremony. Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, The Schofield puts your guests close to the city’s restaurants, entertainment, and attractions while giving them a stylish place to return to between celebrations.
